I have been listening to the podcasts in the "pause" series from Andy Stanley during my weekday runs consistently over the last couple of weeks and it has really helped me with trusting God.

This message of "pausing" is one that I need to hear often – so often I am tempted to think that if "I don't, it won't." (Listen to the podcast to understand more about this)

At ThreeWill we often discuss the shared value of freewill (from http://www.threewill.com/AboutUs/Pages/OurCultureandValues.aspx - Freewill is summed up well by author Stephen R. Covey in three sentences: "Between stimulus and response there is a space.  In that space, lies our freedom and power to choose our response.  In those choices, lie our growth and happiness.") This reminds me of this unique capacity that we have as humans to pause.
