"I stumbled upon a neat feature in SharePoint for those that are visually impaired and have text reader software.
Look at the ThreeWill Intranet and you see:
If you tab around enough you can see data accessibility options. One way to get there is to simply click and drag off of the "ThreeWill Intranet" at the very top left of the page to select the text (see dotted line below).
Hit Shift-Tab twice and your screen will look like:
Click the "Turn on more accessible mode" and it looks like:
Now if you go to a list or many places that have a drop down menu (the site tab drop downs do not work), you will get a popup screen instead of the drop down. This would be handy for those that use text reader software to help them navigate a site."
