Once you have selected the courses, then you have to go through the check-out process, even though they are free, to make the labs available for use. Once you have "purchased" the labs you can select the course you want to view by selecting "Launch E-Learning" from the drop-down list and click the "Go" button. You might need to turn off the Pop-up Blocker for the labs to run, and you might need to change some other brower settings if the courses do not launch.
